Whilst most human beings have imaginations and the ability to communicate through a myriad of means - it is amazing how often we have completely different visions of how a project should finally look and feel!
Experience has taught us that good project management can be paraphrased as: 'the management of expectation and risk by communication'. Rather than drawing a curtain around our work then revealling our interpretation of your project with a hopeful flourish some weeks later, we believe in good communication and functional demonstrations at various key stages.
In our initial consultancy stage, we work closely with our clients to establish the key deliverables and timescales to complete your project on time and within budget.
Through the design stage we forward all completed visuals for approval. These are also discussed with the programming teams in order to spot any potential problems before the final designs are approved.
Through the build stage we release functionality and proofs of concept as early as we can to ensure all parties have the same expectations!
